The following rules and
regulations shall apply to guests who are utilizing The Many Trails
Banquet Hall or the Clubhouse Function Suite. Both areas are
referred to as "facility" for the purposes of this document.

- Customers must obtain Pine Hill's written
consent prior to using an outside caterer at either facility.
The following conditions apply if Pine Hills does not cater the
event;

Silverware, china, and table coverings are
not provided by Pine Hills.

The kitchen and equipment at either
facility may not be used. The kitchen may be used as an area
for organizing, serving, and clearing the meal.

Pine Hills holds no responsibility for the
cooking, serving, or quality of the food. Caterer's must
comply with applicable laws and obtain necessary permits.

- Approximately two weeks prior to an event
the guests shall meet with the Pine Hills Food and Beverage Manager.
At this time the parties will provide written directions detailing
any requests regarding set up of the room, finalize food and
beverage arrangements, and discuss any specific requests. The
customer understands that Pine Hills reserves the right to refuse or
make additional charges for special requests.
- The room will be set up by the Pine Hills
staff. If the guests wish to set up their own event Pine Hills
must approve the set up to ensure compliance with applicable laws,
fire codes, and other health and safety laws. Pine Hills also
reserves the right to approve or disapprove of any equipment or
supplies provided by the guest.
- Decorating may be done the day before the
event if the facility is available. NO staples, nails or tacks
may be used to hang decorations. NO birdseed, rice, helium
balloons, glitter, or confetti may be used at either facility or on
the grounds. If candles are used as centerpieces they must be
in a holder or other type of container to contain the wax. NO
paint or other materials may be applied to either facility or the
grounds, including the buildings, equipment, and the pavement.
Any cleaning charges for non-compliance will be deducted from the
guest's security deposit.
- If the guest's event is held
primarily for minors adult chaperones must be present at all times
during the event. Absolutely no alcohol may be consumed at
either facility or on the grounds during such events. Any
guests who found or are suspected of being intoxicated shall be
removed from the premises.
