The Compliance Department is responsible for conducting background investigations on individuals applying for Gaming Licenses, (Chapter 25, Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Ordinance), as well as Elder/Youth Licenses (Chapter 65, Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Ordinances). The Compliance Department also conducts other investigations as requested by the Mohican Gaming Commission or Stockbridge-Munsee Human Resources, or as directed by Tribal Council.
