This toll-free helpline is for Stockbridge-Munsee community members who have general questions about COVID-19 services or guidelines but aren’t sure who to ask.
The helpline is staffed M-F during normal business hours.
When you call, a Stockbridge-Munsee staff person will respond to your concerns and direct you to the appropriate contact. Because this helpline is not monitored 24/7, if it’s an emergency or you are in crisis, call 911.
Please note: If you are calling the helpline because you believe you have symptoms of COVID-19 or you believe you have been in contact with someone with COVID, you must immediately isolate yourself at home and contact the Stockbridge-Munsee Health & Wellness Center Triage line at 715-793-5087. If you are a tribal employee, in addition to immediately isolating yourself at home you must contact Occupational Health.
If you are experiencing severe symptoms, call 911 or go to the Emergency Room. Severe symptoms of COVID include trouble breathing, pain or pressure in the chest, inability to wake up or stay awake, bluish lips, and confusion.
