Dr. Bowman has a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from Cardinal Stritch University.   She holds a Wisconsin Regular Initial Teaching Educator License for Early to Middle Childhood (birth to 11 years old).   She joined the Education, Employment, and Training department in 2006.  She is responsible for cultivating a cohesive program that promotes and advances individual self-sufficiency.

Miranda has a Bachelors in Criminology and Sociology from Lakeland University.  She joined the Education, Employment, and Training department in 2014.  She is responsible for building career services with adults and career pathways with youth.

Tammy has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from Lakeland University. She joined the Education, Employment, and Training Department in October 2018. She is active in the daily operations of the Education programs.  Processing all program service applications, including Higher Education, Adult Education and Student Activities. She also assists in coordinating the annual Senior Banquet.

Harold has a Bachelors in Education from St Norbert College.  He joined the Education, Employment, and Training department in 2006.  He is responsible for increasing student achievement academically for American Indian students in 7th – 12th grade at Bowler Public School.

Lenore “Punkin” Shepard has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Human Services from College of Menominee Nation.  She joined the Education, Employment and Training Program in July of 2018. She is responsible for the daily function of the Education, Employment, and Training Resource Room as well as assisting in building career services with adults.
