Mission
The Mohican Gaming Commission is made up of three members with supervision responsibilities over the Commission Secretary, Internal Auditor and the Surveillance Manager. The responsibilities for the Commission are to protect the assets of the Tribe, ensure that all gaming conducted on tribal lands is done in accordance with the Gaming Ordinance and the Tribal/State Gaming Compact and done with the utmost integrity. We are responsible for the licensing of gaming employees, gaming related vendors and gaming facilities on our reservation. We are also responsible for information reaching the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) and the State of Wisconsin Division of Indian Gaming such as audit reports, fees, Compact requirements, etc.
