The Tribal Administrator works in conjunction with the various Divisions within the Stockbridge-Munsee Community.
The Tribal Administrator focuses on the organization of the Tribal Administration Division and their policies, procedures and management oversight of designated programs. The Tribal Administrator is responsible for the implementation of Tribal policies, adherence of Tribal ordinances and the conduct and behavior of designated department and office leaders.
The Tribal Administrator is responsible for working with division, department and office leaders to analyze policies to ensure compliance with internal/external regulations, provide input to produce alternative policies or revisions to current policy to ensure the Tribe is maintaining necessary compliances.
The Tribal Administrator works with designated staff to carry out the overall objectives of the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council. The Tribal Administrator provides inputs regarding budgeting, efficiencies’ in the delivery of services and direct oversight in designated program management.
