If you are enrolled in the employee medical plan in the next few days you will be receiving new cards through interdepartmental mail. We have recently change network carriers and the new cards will have the new information on them. Your cards will also be specific to each person on your plan. The card will show who the employee is and then who the specific member of the policy is below that. Please be sure to use the cards for the specific member of your plan.
