Pediatric COVID Vaccination Event

The Stockbridge-Munsee Community will host a Covid-19 vaccine event for children ages 5-11. If you would like to sign your child up for the vaccine, please complete the survey, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PedSMHWCCOVID . Once completed, a member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Health and Wellness Center will call you to schedule the vaccine.

You will be given 2 choices for location to receive the vaccine:

The Mohican Family Center on Saturday November 13th (first dose) and Saturday December 4th (second dose). The Mohican Family Center is located at N8605 Oak St. Bowler, WI 54416. Vaccines will be given from 8:20am – 3:00pm.

The Stockbridge-Munsee Health and Wellness Center will offer pediatric vaccine beginning November 15, 2021 during normal hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. The Stockbridge-Munsee Health and Wellness Center is located at W12802 County Highway A Bowler, WI 54416.

Both locations will offer Pfizer pediatric vaccine. This vaccine requires 2 shots. The second shot will be given 3 weeks after the first shot. Please see the CDC links below for more information on the pediatric vaccine:
